Job description:
Position – Refractory Engineer / Refractory Supervisor
Number of open positions - 01
Location – Pan India
Terms – Off Role (on contract), based on the performance will further decide on permanent role
Salary – As per industry standards and not limited for competent candidates.

Role & Responsibility:

• Will be responsible for the refractory application quality in the assigned projects mainly in blast
furnace and hot blast stoves,

• Have to supervise in shifts (Day / Night) along with foreign experts,

• Co-ordination between foreign supervisors / experts, Contractors, and Client for smooth application
of refractory is required

• To monitor refractory application quality as per Danieli Corus drawings and application manuals

• Based on the performance candidate may be deputed overseas for refractory supervision

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or BE in Ceramics, with experience in refractory application is preferred,

• Candidates with experience in refractory construction industry is preferred

• Interested to work in projects related to iron and steel industry

• Willing to travel Pan India basis for refractory application supervision

• In-depth knowledge on Refractory Application / site monitoring and in situ testing as per IS and
International standards

• Good understanding of Engineering drawings and construction manuals is a must
