REACTION PAPER # 2

The video is about the Translating Competencies

into Objectives and the speaker said that articulating
objectives helps teachers select an organized course
content. And I agree because expressing or designing
learning abilities aids teachers in achieving their
objectives in a certain subject. Children can adjust to
the process by attaining the major objectives. There are
also processes that need to be broken down and
analyzed in order for them to comprehend what they
need to perform.

BODY:
The relationship or interconnection of learning
competencies, assessment, objectives, and activities was
also discussed in the video. Learning objectives must be
adhered to through the taxonomy of learning,
articulated in a sequential and progressive manner, and
must encompass the three domains of cognitive,
psychomotor, and affective learning. It's also crucial
for teachers to recognize that objectives must be
connected with target competencies, learning, and
activities that are appropriate for the learning objective
and students' learning evaluation.

CONCLUSIONS:

In conclusion, students should be taught using

learning outcomes as a guide. The instructor must
direct the student's learning process in order for them
to gain new knowledge, skills, behaviors, attitudes, and
preferences. Learners should not have to struggle with
learning activities or assessment. A teacher must also
assess a child's ability to participate in activities. And it
is always up to the students to desire to learn; if they
do, they can do anything; if they do not, the teacher will
support and coach them to become motivated.
