QUIK Drill™ Hi-Value Composite Frac Plug

Baker Oil Tools’ QUIK Drill™ Hi-Value Composite Frac Plug was introduced to pro-
vide an easily removable, composite-bridging device that isolates multiple zones in a
single wellbore. The frac plug will allow zone isolation with a greater pressure dif-
ferential from above the tool for stimulation operations on upper zones relative to the
placement of the frac plug. However, with greater differential pressure from below, the
frac plug allows commingled flow from both zones above and below the tool.
Running the QUIK Drill Hi-Value Composite Frac Plug allows the zones in the well-
bore to flow while the operator is waiting for a coiled tubing unit to arrive on location.
The zones can begin producing immediately after the stimulation has been com-
pleted. Also, the frac plug can be removed at a later date with coiled tubing deployed
downhole mills and motors using light weight milling fluids. As with all QUIK Drill
products, the QUIK Drill Hi-Value Composite Frac Plug does not require heavy kill
weight fluids that equate to less formation damage with the removal of multiple frac
plugs from the wellbore. The QUIK Drill Hi-Value Composite Frac Plug may be set on
wireline utilizing a Baker Model E-4™ Wireline Pressure Setting Assembly or on pipe
utilizing a Baker Model J™ Hydraulic Setting Tool.
