coach Lane Kiffin last fall. The raw numbers
were pumped up considerably as a factor of that

Where He
WINS… BOMBS AWAY

Corrall has the ability to attack the whole field. His eight completions targeted
40-plus yards downfield in 2020 were the second-most in the FBS.

What’s His
ROLE… PROJECT GUNSLINGER

Corral needs to reel in his careless ways before being considered for a starting
role in the NFL.

Corral has been extremely susceptible to having his throwing lanes undercut
because of his inability to hide his intentions with his eyes.

Where He
WINS… REFUSING TO GO DOWN

One defender is not going to get the job done with Hall. He's too creative and
physical as a runner to tackle cleanly.

What’s His

Hall has the size and all-around game to never come off the field if that's what a

checkdowns would help his stock. He lined up outside the backfield only 20 times

Metchie has some of the sharpest breaks in the class. His ability to stop and cut

Where He
WINS… NFL-READINESS

Wydermyer's physical tools combined with his role at Texas A&M will translate to
whichever NFL offense drafts him on Day 1.

What’s His
ROLE… DO-IT-ALL TE

Wydermyer can open up the whole playbook for an offensive coordinator. He can
provide high-level play in any alignment.

What He Can
IMPROVE… EXPLOSIVENESS

Wydermyer isn't much of a threat to run away from a linebacker. It's why he
averaged all of 11.0 yards per catch last season.

Where He
WINS… HITTING LANDMARKS

Swenson is exceptional at making defenders play his game in pass protection.

He gets to his spot every time and isn't overanxious to react to what the defender does.

What’s His
ROLE… GUARD | SWING TACKLE

Swenson could feasibly stick at tackle, but he doesn't have the feet nor the play
strength scouts would typically desire there.

What He Can

Swenson really struggles to sit back on his haunches in his sets. He leaves

Where He
WINS… HAND-FIGHTING

Mathis knows how to use his length so well and starts almost every play by
sticking one of his paws directly into the chest of the opposing lineman.

What’s His
ROLE… 3-4 DEFENSIVE END

Mathis is a long, linear type of interior defender. He's not going to shoot upfield
often, but he can hold the line of scrimmage.

What He Can
IMPROVE… LEVERAGE

As high-cut as Mathis is, I'm not sure this will ever be his game. Holding up better
to doubles would go a long way for his stock.

“ Brisker has about as steady a tape over his two

seasons as a starter as any returning safety in the
country. He's an ultra-reliable player who has ideal
size for the position in the NFL. While he doesn't
quite have the pure man coverage ability or the
range to be drafted highly, Brisker will be a
starter in the league.

Where He
WINS… ENFORCER

Brisker isn't going to let an offensive player enter his vicinity without making him
feel it. His tape is littered with clean sticks on ball carriers.

What’s His
ROLE… SPLIT-FIELD OR BOX SAFETY

Brisker's ability to work top down and add-on in run support would be perfect for
a split-field defense (quarters, Cover-6, Cover-2).

What He Can
IMPROVE… RANGE

Brisker is no speedster. It's just something you have to live with. Asking him to
roam the middle of the field wouldn't play to his strengths.

converted cornerback, Corker still would kick out
wide at times in goal-line situations against bigger
receivers. He has the feet of a corner but the
physical mentality of a safety.

Where He
WINS… BALL FINDS HIM

Corker won't be confused for a playmaker, but he doesn't have many glaring
weaknesses. He makes the plays that need to be made.

What’s His
ROLE… BOX-SLOT SAFETY

Corker is at his best in underneath zone coverage. He's comfortable working

backward downfield in coverage.

What He Can
IMPROVE… ANGLES

Corker isn't a special athlete, which means he needs his attack angles to be
clean. Last year, he was rounding far too many lines to ball carriers.

“ Hamilton has been one of the most impactful

defenders in college football since his true
freshman year. He got his hands on nine passes in
2019 despite seeing only 23 targets. That
continued in a starting role in 2020, with seven
more combined picks and pass breakups. He's a
versatile safety who can do damage around the
line of scrimmage.

Where He
WINS… NEVER OUT OF POSITION

Hamilton is the defense's answer to modern offenses. He can assume any role
over the middle of the field and execute at a high level.

What’s His
ROLE… THE JOKER

Derwin James and Jamal Adams have set the standard for hybrid safeties in recent
years. That's the type of role Hamilton can fill.

What He Can
IMPROVE… OVERAGGRESSION

Hamilton can get a little playmaker-happy. As a result, he has some blown

coverages on tape as well as overrun tackles.

no reason to think he couldn't handle safety too.

line of scrimmage in 2020. With the smart and
decisive brand of football he plays, it's not
unreasonable to want him around the ball more.

Sterling may ultimately find it easier to see the field early on in his career as a
