RESEARCH METHODOLOGY 

a. Objectives:
1. To understand the moot question of the case.
2. To analyse the case and critically comment.
3. To then understand the application of the concept of accuser’s right to
silence.
4. To study the application of the provision regarding the approval by
both the Houses of Prliment
b. Hypothesis:
1. How far the history behind the case is clear?
2. Impracticality of knowing all the existing laws leading to delegated
legislation and approval by Parliment

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM 

This project undertakes to conduct an in-depth analysis of Atas Cycle


Industries Ltd and Others v. State of Haryana. This is done with the help of the
relevant law applicable as well as charting the practical scenario with the help
