Project The objective of this event is to celebrate Julian’s 1st circus party and create

Technical 1. Save-the-dates shall be Circus themed in a ticket form

Requirements 2. Location shall have a circus tent
3. Decoration shall be animal and clown circus theme
4. The food shall be hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, peanuts, and cotton
candy. Beverages shall be soda and water.
5. There shall be 3 clowns and the petting zoo shall have ponies,
goats, and zebras.
6. The decorations (chairs, tables, balloons, dance floor, petting zoo
without animals, lighting) shall be setup by 5pm on 12/3/2021
7. The DJ, clowns, animals, and food and beverages shall be setup by
11 am on 12/4/2021
8. Final decoration touches before guest arrival by 12:30 pm on
12/4/2021

Constraints ● Julian’s mood cannot be predicted before the event

● The punctuality of the vendors cannot be determined in advance
● Children behavior towards suppliers (clowns and animals) cannot
be predicted
● Animal behavior cannot be determined in advance

Assumptions ● All guests will receive their save-the-dates in a timely manner

● Vendors will show up on time for setup
● All family members will show up with children
● The budget allocated will suffice for all entertainment, food and
decorations needed
● The weather should not impact the party since it will be inside of
the tent provided by the location
● Vendors will be available for 12/4/2021
● All vendors will deliver what was requested (animal types, music
playlist, food and beverages approved)
