SESSION 6(i) : PASSING - WARM UP DURATION : 10 min
Diagrams Procedure:
1. Divide players into two teams and divide both

SESSION 6(ii) : PASSING - TECHNICAL DURATION : 20-25 min

(one more than no of players) to pass the ball in
area B. Once ball goes to area B, two attacking
players from area A also join area B to make 4 v 2
there. Defending players try to dispossess them.
3. For every switch between the areas, attacking
team scores one goal.
4. If defenders get the ball, they do the same in

SESSION 6(iv) : PASSING - SSG DURATION : 45 min
Diagrams Procedure:
1. Game field marked by yellow cones.

3. Each goal zone is occupied by one player from 35

inside the field.
4. Game starts normal football game with use of
all legal body parts as per football laws and all
field rules except off side and goal keeper. Team
30 y in possession try to pass the ball to their team
mate in any goal zone, who receives and passes
back to his team mates.
5. Goal can only be scored once both the goal
zone players of same team have received and
passed back the ball in single possession

6. For Every goal scored, goal zone player changes
as per numerical order of their team.
