MOTION FOR EXECUTION

PLAINTIFF, unto this Honorable, respectfully alleges that:

1. On August 13, 2021, a judgment was rendered by the Court, the
dispositive portion of which reads:
WHEREFORE, the claim is PARTIALLY GRANTED. This Court finds the
defendant Dexter B. Bildan to be liable and order to pay the plaintiff Carlo A.
Flores the amount of P70,000.00 with interest of 6% per annum from March 30,
2021 until fully paid. Costs.
2. The judgment is final, executory and unappealable.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that a Writ of
Execution be issued to implement the judgment of the Court dated August 13,
2021.
