INVITATION for the CLINIC TEACHERS

Good Day to all of you Clinic Teachers who are LPT (License Professional
Teachers): as I quote: "To be a public servant is a privilege and a blessing from God. I
was praying years ago that I will give something back that is altruistic to any public
institution that will hire me as a full-time employee. Now, this is the time. I was not only
hired as a classroom teacher but I am a Clinic Teacher being skilled with both teaching
and nursing competencies. I need to share these gifts beyond the 4 corners of my big
school."

I am Jeffrey Roy A. Lopez connected with City High - DCNHS, Davao City. I am
a "clinic teacher" in the stated ISO- accredited school, that means I have a clinic-nursing
work load and a classroom teaching load as well. Clinic Teachers are also termed as:
clinic-in-charge/teacher nurse/nurse teacher. I have an amazing idea that we need to
collaborate with each other to help our co-clinic teachers ---  more specifically those
whose course/degree are not directly aligned with allied medical or nursing course but
still assigned/designated as clinic teachers of DepEd Public Schools (be it elementary
or secondary) --- to be trained with the Proper Caring Process and Management (based
from International Standards)  Contextualized and Made Easy for Clinic Teachers.

We, the RN-LPT Clinic Teachers, the main guest speakers and facilitators will
make a team-effort to basically train you most especially in the Assessment and the
Nursing Care Process Aspect in caring for the different types of school clientele to give
at least the good and safe caring practice in the school clinic level.
The proposed duration of training will be only 4 hours considering the energy and time
to be consumed due to the transportation and travel of our Clinic-Teacher participants of
all the covered areas of Region 11 - to wit: Davao City, Davao del Sur, Davao
Occidental, Davao del Norte and Davao Oriental.

This is also a once in a lifetime blessed opportunity to holistically share and learn
from each other's life experiences of being the clinic teachers in the public school
setting.

However, I am still in the intensive and extensive planning process, and I need your
solid response for your physical attendance and participation for the said activity. Sadly,
not all of the clinic teachers are lucky enough to be chosen as participants due to the
budget constraints of the team-leader, please be guided that your response is the basis
for the final planning phase of the team-leader most especially on the budget aspect.
