We are currently seeking a resourceful Project Manager for our entities in Indonesia, with a solid track
record to help sustain the growth of the Company, playing an active role in the development,
construction and execution of the projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Your scope of work will include the following:

• Project Planning.

• Form and manage core project team which consists of Site Manager,
Safety, and Project Admin.
• Prepare and validate technical drawing, project schedule, bill of material,
budget and cashflow projection, workload forecast and other necessary
project requirements.
• Liaise and discuss with client, suppliers, subcontractors and any other
stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution.

• Project Execution

• Manage budget and schedule of the project to ensure compliance with

contract and scope of work.
• Ensure strict quality assurance and quality control throughout the
construction phase.
• Manage all third parties and stakeholders involved in project.
• Propose and implement solutions for problems identified during project
execution.

• Project Closing

• Lead testing & commissioning activities.

 • Compile and present final project report to both internal and external
parties.

• Project Operations/Monitoring

• Manage and monitor all projects implementation activities, including:

• Continual monitoring of installed systems for performance
management and optimization;
• Investigating and resolving field problems in coordination with
customers, contractors, consortium partners;
• Supervision of Maintenance activities;
• Provide feedback of products defects and non-quality issues for future
corrections and procurement;
• Maintain good working relationship with customers & partners’ technical
and operational teams, in order to provide customer care and to ensure
permanent customer satisfaction.

Much of the work involves writing reports in English language, so excellent English language skill is a
must.

Work Location: Indonesia, Project Site

Job Requirements/ Qualifications

• Indonesian Nationality is a must

• Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for solar PV projects (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).
• Industry background and more than 3 years of work experience in power utilities, engineering or
EPC companies or power sector consulting companies
• Proven track record in Project, Project Controls, Supply chain management, HSE.
• Experience in project management and wholistic execution function
• Good technical understanding of solar PV technology
• Capability to work on business development and proposal preparation part time

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
