GENERAL RULES FOR FEST:-

 . On the event day it will be the sole responsibility of STUDENTS to be

available at the respective venue, on time. Once missed out, there will be no
further chances (ie. Assuring the network coverage is participants
responsibility)
 The date and link of the programmes will be informed, well in advance.
 The results of the events will be announced/ send through groups, as and
when it is ready.
 Separate entry form should be used for each category.
 . The distribution of points for 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be 5, 3, 1 respectively.
 The participant who scored maximum points will be awarded individual
championship, in each category.
 Judges decisions will be final, judging criteria are subject to the
interpretation of the judging committee. Judges has the full right to disqualify
any participant who exceeded the time frame or violate the regulation of each
item.
 Timing will be strictly followed hence please report to respective venue
on time.
 Event duration specified shall be strictly followed.
 Organizers reserve the right to cancel/postpone/shift any event in case of
any unforeseen circumstances.
 Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who are not
following the rules and regulations.
 For any further clarification please contact the Programme Committee

 Jury of appeal should receive the appeal if any within three hours of
the declaration of the result through the concerned class teacher.
