Ingredients
1 medium size carrot
1 medium size potato
1 medium size beet root (optional)
4-5 Beans
Peas (optional)
To Grind
garlic 1 small piece
Fennel seeds 2-3
Green chili 2-3
Coriander leaves little bit
One medium sizes onion finely cut & keep.
To dip
2-3 tablespoon of Maida & add little bit of water and mix them well (it should be pouring like idli flour)
Powder
Take 3-4 slices of bread & powder them. (you can use either breads crumbs)
Method
1.Finely cut all the above said vegetables.
2.Wash & Pressure-cook with little bit of water, turmeric powder & salt.
3.Smash them & keep it aside (if there is any excess waterin the cooked vegetables just drain).
4.Heat one tablespoon of oil.
5.Fry onions till it turns into brown & add the grounded paste. Just fry for few seconds.
6.Then add the smashed vegetables & fry till it gets thickened. Wait to cool.
7.Then make them into small balls and dip it in the above said Maida consistency & immediately smear them in
the above said powder and spread them in the plate or paper to dry.
8.Once everything over just do deep-fry or roast both the sides of them by adding little bit of oil till it turns into
brown in the wok or thava.

Ingredients
For Manchurian balls
Cabbage- 2 cups finely chopped
Carrots- 2 grated
ginger- 1" piece, chopped finely
garlic-2 cloves chopped finely
green chilli- 1 chopped finely
spring onions(scallions)- 1/2 bunch chopped finely
cornstarch- 3 tbsp
maida- 1 tbsp
salt to taste
chilli powder- 1 tsp
oil for deep frying
Method
Mix cabbage, cornflour, carrots, chilli powder, salt, cornstarch, maida, ginger, garlic and chopped spring onions
together in a bowl (preferably with hand and no need to add water as the water from vegetables are enough to
bind). Make small balls out of this mixture and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
For the manchurian sauce heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and the white bottom portion of the spring
onions. saute for a minute and add salt, chilli powder, tomato sauce and soyasauce. Add 1 cup of water to it and
when it boils add the cornstarch paste.
When the sauce starts to thicken add the manchurian balls and immediately off the stove. Add the top green
portion of the spring onions on top. Serve hot with Fried Rice.
Ingredients:
225gm flour
1/4 tsp salt
15gm yeast mix with 4-5tbsp hot water
1 tbsp sugar
150ml evaporated milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 pkt grated cheese
2 large onions (cut into rings)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Preparation:
• In a bowl put in the flour, salt, sugar and mix with milk and yeast.
• Add butter. Knead until dough become soft and pliable. Leave the dough to rise double in size.
• For the filling Mix chicken in the beaten egg along with salt and pepper powder.Leave aside.
• Punch into the dough with your hands and knead again and make into equal balls shape (as big as you
want) and flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
• Add in a bit of chicken pieces in the centre, top with onion rings and grated cheese.
Ingredients:
400 gm fresh noodles
5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
7 tbsp oil
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 cup cooked thinly sliced vegetables
1 large onion-thinly sliced
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chopped celery
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli sauce
Method:
Bring water and salt to boil. Add noodles and cook 'bite like' -- just blanch if fresh and cook longer if dry.
Drain immediately and cool under running water till noodles are thoroughly cooled. Work 1 tbsp of the oil into the
noodles and leave in the colander till required.
Heat rest of the oil and stir- fry garlic mixture and onions over high heat till onions are glossy.
Add the vegetables and stir to mix well.
Add the Soya sauce, salt, celery, vinegar and chilli sauce.
Mix well and add the noodles and stir- fry till well mixed. Do all this over high heat.
Serve hot.
Ingredients
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Corn Flour heaped
7 tbsps Sugar (heaped)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Condensed Milk
1 cup Cream (Nestle cream is also fine)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Few drops of Red/Yellow Colour.
Method
Boil the milk. Mix corn flour with a little cold milk and add to the boiling milk.
Cook till slightly thick. Add sugar and condensed milk. Mix well or blend in a mixie.
When cold add cream and mix again. Add vanilla essence and few drops of food colouring. Freeze in a closed
container.
Beat it up with eggbeater or in a blender after it is half set.
Freeze again.This can also be set in ice cream containers (with sticks) for kids.
There is no need to blend a second time when set in these containers.

The Sudarshan Chakra is shaped like a disk and has 108 spokes. This is the weapon which is used
by Vishnu to destroy evil. The Sudarshan Chakra was also the weapon of Shri.Krishna, the eighth
Avatar of Vishnu.
This is a powerful Protection Mantra, to fight and overcome evil energies and forces which hinder your
path. This Mantra is very useful in your day to day encounters with evil persons who want to harm you
and is also useful is winning unjust court cases and legal matters.
This mantra is an invocation to Vishnu as the Chakradhar [the one who wields the Chakra], to the

This is a unique mantra for the protection and welfare of ones child. Everyone is sometimes or the
other fearful for the safety and welfare of ones child.
To use this mantra you have to hold a little bit of water [in a small cup] in your hands, the mantra has
to be recited 101 times while holding the water in your hand, this will abhimintrit [bind] the water with
this mantra. Then this water has to be applied as a Tilak on the forehead of your child.
It is said that doing this gives your child Protection from all types of harm. Kindly note these mantras
are been given for information purposes only, I am not advocating their use.
This is a Shaabri Mantra to defeat and remove evil spirits, ghosts evil eye and all types of evil
energies from ones surroundings and homes. This mantra is in the old Marathi script and the
language mostly used by the nine saints and Masters the Navanath’s.This language as I have said
earlier was the language of the masses and hence these mantras were written in that language
primarily for the masses.
This mantra has to be recited 1001 times to acquire siddhi.After acquiring siddhi whenever the need
arises it has to be recited taking water in your hands .It is said that doing this defeats and drives away
all kinds of evil energies,
I have tried to translate as best as I could.
1] This is the Beej or Root mantra of Bhairav.This means the root or the origin of the frequency of the
sound of Bhairav.This mantra or root is often added to other mantras of Bhairav to make them more
powerful and effective.This mantra is very effective in Bhairav Worship.
This is said to be a powerful Health Mantra to remove even the most powerful kind of
poison. This is the Gayatri Mantra except that the word ‘हँू’ or ‘hum’ is added to it as
the last letter.
The person desiring to use this mantra should conduct a Havan comprising of wood
sticks from the Peepal [Sacred Fig] and Chandan [Sandalwood] trees. The ash of
this Havan should be applied to that part of the body of that person who has been
poisoned.The ash should be applied while reciting this mantra and meditation on the
Goddess.
It is said that doing this removes even the strongest of poisons including that of
snake bite and other infections.

The Goddess Bagalamukhi is the manifestation of the Mother Goddess whose face
has the power to immobilize any creature.Bagalamukhi has the unique power to turn
anything into its exact opposite. Thus if an evil person is harassing someone, with
the worship of Bagalamukhi the same evil which he intends for others will come back
to him.Bagalamukhi is worshipped by numerous persons in India, more particularly
to get rid of trouble from enemies and evil persons who are harassing them.
The worship of Bagalamukhi will work only if if the other person is evil and is
resorting to evil methods.

This here is a uniqueMantra which is said to remove sorrows and put your life back on the right track.
This mantra has to be recited preferably early in the morning after having a bath for 108 times. I have
been told that doing so works wonders.
Along with this mantra it has been prescribed that on a Friday one should if one has the money feed a
hungry person. Very often the blessings from the bottom of someone’s heart work wonders, but care
should be taken that you do not do so intentionally to gain that persons blessing.
