We use “Simple present” to talk about routines, habits or repeated actions.

“He wakes up at 7.45 am” is a repeated action or routine.

For He/She, we add –s, cooks, – = es boxes, study, cry = ies studies, buy, = buys.

He/she wakes up at 7

He/she studies English

He/she takes a shower

He/she finishes work

He/she copies the homework

For He/she with verbs “Be and Have”

He/she is a student.

He/she has breakfast in the morning.
