3 Quick Setting
The following text describes the operations on Android systems. The operations on iOS
systems are the same as those on Android systems, but some aspects of the screens may look
somewhat different. The pictures in this guide are for reference only.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer and access the quick setting screen.
If the app version and inverter software version are the latest, the parameters for connecting the inverter
to the router and management system are correctly set, and the antenna is correctly installed, but the
connection to the management system fails, the encryption mode settings of the router and inverter may
not match. If so, change the encryption mode of the router to WPA2.
Step 4 Log in to the NetEco 1000S as installer, and connect to the inverter. You can connect on the
NetEco 1000S app or NetEco 1000S WebUI.
Method 1: On the NetEco 1000S app login page, enter the server IP, account or email
address, and password to log in. Create a PV plant and add an inverter.
Method 2: Configure the device on the NetEco 1000S and connect to the inverter.
a. Log in to the NetEco 1000S residential system. On the displayed Device Settings >
Selecting Device dialog box, select the target device and tap Next.
----End
Follow-up Procedure
The installer can create User in the NetEco residential system.
1. Choose System > User Management > Users, and tap Create User.
----End
Follow-up Procedure
When the inverter communicates with the management system through the 4G module, you
need to set the parameters related to the SIM card. The models supported is Smart Mobile-
4G-EU.
1. Log in as installer, choose Home > Communication configuration > 4G, and set the
relative parameters.
2. Wait for about 15s for dialup. Then, observe the LED indicator on the 4G module to
check its status.
----End

4 Upgrade
Prerequisites
The FusionHome app has been upgraded to the latest version.
Context
Upgrade the software using the device package supplied with the FusionHome app. Only one
device can be upgraded at once.
In the iOS system, the upgrade file can be imported to the mobile phone by email. The upgrade file
name extension must be .zip. Manually select is unavailable.
In the Android system, the upgrade file can be copied to the mobile phone. The upgrade file name
extension must be .zip and the file can be stored in your required directory. Manually select is
available.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer and access the device upgrade screen.
The upgrade methods are similar. The following describes how to upgrade the inverter and battery.
There are two upgrade packages for the battery: DC-to-DC converter and Battery management
system. Choose one or both of the upgrade packages to perform the upgrade based on the actual
situation.
There are two battery models: RESU7H and RESU10H. Choose the corresponding upgrade package
to perform the upgrade.
----End
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer and choose Home > Device maintenance > Add/Delete device.
Step 2 Add a smart PV safety box.
----End
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer and choose Home > Device maintenance > Add/Delete device.
Step 2 Choose Auto search to add the optimizer.
----End
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer and choose Home > Device maintenance > Add/Delete device.
Step 2 Choose Manual config to add the optimizer.
If multiple optimizers are not found, add all the optimizers and then start the search.
----End
Prerequisites
The FusionHome app has been upgraded to the latest version.
The Smart PV Safety Box and Optimizer have been added successfully.
An optimizer is installed for each PV module.
Procedure
Step 1 Enable the Rapid shutdown function. (Optional, only if an optimizer is installed for each PV
module)
----End
Prerequisites
Optimizer physical location provides a method for drawing, storing, and displaying a layout
plan of optimizers. It is used in the scenario where the SUN2000 is configured with
optimizers. If an optimizer is faulty, you can easily find the optimizer. It requires that:
The FusionHome app has been upgraded to the latest version.
Fill in the Huawei physical layout template when installing optimizers. Remove the
optimizer SN labels and attach them to the corresponding positions in the Huawei
physical layout template. The Huawei physical layout template is delivered with the
smart PV safety box and the SUN2000-375W-USP0 Smart PV Optimizer.
The optimizer has been added, and the optimizer networking has been completed.
Context
Huawei Physical Layout Template usage instructions.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer, choose Home > Device maintenance > Physical layout design of PV
modules, and draw a physical layout plan of PV modules based on the positions of PV
modules in the Huawei physical layout template.
Step 2 Adjust the PV module layout and angle based on the actual situation.
Step 3 Refer to the optimizer positions in the Huawei physical layout template and bind the
optimizers.
Step 4 Log in as installer, choose Home > Device information > Device status and check the
optimizer status.
Optimizer Remark
Status
Green The optimizer is running properly.
Gray The optimizer runs abnormally. Verify that the SN and location information
of the optimizer are correct, and then perform optimizer search again.
Red The optimizer is faulty. For details, see the optimizer manual.
----End
Follow-up Procedure
Unbinding Optimizers, perform the following steps:
8 Unlocking an Optimizer
Prerequisites
The FusionHome app has been upgraded to the latest version.
Context
If the optimizer and the safety box have been networked, the optimizer is locked and cannot
be networked with other safety boxes. Only after the optimizer is manually unlocked, the
networking between the optimizer and the safety box can be removed, and the optimizer can
network with other safety boxes.
Unlocking an optimizer is applicable to the following scenarios:
Replacing the safety box
Connecting the non-initial networking optimizer to a new system
Procedure
Step 1 Log in as installer, choose Home > Grid connected parameter setting > Expert > Feature
parameters, and enable Unlock optimizer.
----End
Context
The new optimizer has never been networked with any safety box.
Procedure
