INSTRUCTION: Kindly rate the performance of the FS student during Field Study
(Limited Participation and Teaching Assistantship). In this course, the FS student is not
expected to engage in full participation to the FS schools. They are only expected to
assist the Resource Teacher in teaching and learning activities for 108 hours for the
whole semester.
