 We finished the Hard core work in 3 days witch means the day
Tuesday- Thursday and we use 02 agreggate

Our sponda size is 40cm

TUESDAY  Placing concret in to the formwork

As I was saying the column concret work finished btween 7 day gaps that
means Saturday- Friday and our column is 40/20

SATURDAY  Beam formwork / pondo work/

For beam form work pnodo is the material that when we place the concret in
to the beam it stables and also give us the right structure for the beam so we
finished placing the pondo in days for our beam the side size 20 height 40
placing also 40 5cent 15/-30 could be some timesalso the stafa is 8size for
soleta 10-12.

 Sanitary work / condat work/

 To days work was condate placing the forman name is MARU & he
is doing all the condate work so we are using rigied condate & also
we use 16& 32 their height is 3m now we are melting the rigied
condate so that it would have curve for switching & its thicknees size
is 16this one is for the light

THURSDAY
 Todays work is concret work fo slab lets start with our human
resource we have 30 man power 1 mixer and also vibrator
 We are using C-25 with ratio 1,2,3
Friday  Todays work also the same as yesterdays work sowe started
3:00oclock so we pland to finish the work at 8:00LT

SATURDAY  Today is we are now puring water for the concret

 COLUMN STEEL WORK

MONDAY  Todays work is steel work for column so we are using no

14 steel and for stafa we use no 8 steel and also the
column 40/ 20
Summary

 When I was arrived in the sit I arrived in the hard core work the work was
very low I mean the duration the working date and time gap this was a big
problem for us but they are so great of all there work their nethiness so
this was it

 However, when we come to safety they are very poor they are not

using helmet safety shoes only the site engineer and the supervisors
are using that but the labors are very weak in terms of using safety
materials. not neat actually the climate is very challenging to do that

Limitation /Weaknesses/ on the site

 Lack of construction safety wears i.e. safety shoes helmet glove in the site
 Shortage of working space but I really appreciate the way they try to defeat this
problem they are working parallel works as much as possible and working the
offices vertically to have more space and yet the site is very suffocated.
 And the external factor which is the climate its rainy and it is very challenging
for the work to be executed

 Neatness of the site not neat actually the climate is very challenging to do that
and also the date gaps are because of the inviroment in gonder
witch is the conflict b/n amhara & tigray region we lost our company
owner he was arrested because of thisconflict for being tigre so we
lost all of our man pawer / our human resource/& also because
oflack of materials but they were the brevest and worked very
hard,focused and thiere work quality is the best.
