2. Court cases can be divided by value into three tracks: the small claims track, the
fast-track and the multi-track. Explain how the court determines which track
should be taken. In your response you must demonstrate an understanding of
the underpinning concepts and ideas, using examples to support your
explanation.
4. A contract for the sale of food and drink is formed in different ways and at
various times according to the nature of the establishment. Analyse how the
contracts are formed across a range of catering outlets, providing an extended
account in a logical manner. You must use examples to support your analysis.
