NOVACRON® S Description / Recommendations

Lemon S-3G
Brilliant yellow dye for bright yellow and green shades.
Very good washing-off and wet fastness properties.
Good repeated washing (M&S C10A) fastness properties.
Non photochromic.
Only moderate suitability for CPB because of bath stability.

Yellow S-3R Cost effective reactive yellow shade.

Moderate chlorine fastness. Good fastness to repeated washing (M&S C10A).
Not suitable for dyeing emerised fabrics by the CPB process (face to back shade
difference).
Moderate suitability for dyeing viscose, tencel and cellulosic blends.
Photochromic.

Deep Most cost effective orange dye for dyeing ultimate deep orange, brown and burgundy
Orange S-4R shades.
Highest tinctorial strength with a good build up and a very high degree of fixation.
Good washing-off and good wet fastness properties.
Good peroxide and repeated washing (M&S C10A) fastness properties.

Red S-2G Brilliant red self shade and combination element for bright orange, scarlet and red shades.
High tinctorial strength with a good build up.
Good washing-off and wet fastness properties.
Good peroxide and repeated washing (M&S C10A) fastness properties.

Most cost effective red dye for dyeing ultimate deep shades.
Deep Unmatched color strength. Good light and wet light fastness properties for medium to
Cherry S-D deep shades.
Recommended for dyeing emerised fabrics by the CPB process
Moderate suitability for dyeing viscose, tencel and cellulosic blends due to a moderate
diffusion. Excellent chlorine and repeated washing ( M&SC10A) fastness.
Good washing off and wet fastness properties.
Dischargeability up to 1/3 SD.

Red S-B
Yellowish red. Very good build up properties
Outstanding washing-off performance and resulting wet fastnesses.
Suitable for all continuous dyeing processes.
Moderate chlorine and peroxide fastness.

Ruby S-3B
Brilliant bluish red shade, combination element for bright violet shades.
Very good washing-off and wet fastness properties.
Excellent chlorine, peroxide and repeated washing (M&S C10A) fastness properties.

Ocean S-R Brilliant royal blue self shade and combination element for bright blues, violet and green
shades. Good light and wet light fastness properties.
Good washing-off and excellent wet fastness properties.
Good peroxide and repeated washing (M&S C10A) fastness properties.
Not recommended for the pad-steam process due to poor solubility in presence of
electrolyte.

Dark
Blue S-GL Greenish dark blue dye for medium to dark shades.
Very good build up properties.
Good fastness to peroxide (MS C10A).
Good chlorine fastness.

Navy S-G
Greenish navy for chlorine fast deep shades.
Very good build up properties.
Good fastness to peroxide (MS C10A).
Very good washing-off and resulting wet fastnesses.

Most cost effective reddish navy for ulimate deep shades.

Deep Excellent build up.
Night S-R Excellent diffusion therefore highly recommended for dyeing viscose, tencel and cellulosic
blends.
Poor repeated washing (M&S C10A) fastness. Very good NOx fastness.
Moderate chlorine and light fastness.
Very good washing off and wet fastness properties.

Black NN
For deep neutral black shades.
Good washing-off and excellent wet fastness properties.

Super Black G
For very deep greenish black shades.

Super Black R
For very deep reddish black shades.
