SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, XXXXXXXXXXX, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and a resident of
XXXXXXXXXXXX do hereby appoint and constitute XXXXXXXXX, of legal age,
Filipino citizen and a resident of XXXXXXXX to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-
Fact, for my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts namely:
1. To represent me in filing a petition, complaint, answer, counter affidavit,
position paper, memorandum, briefs and other pleadings relative to a lot
specifically described as Lot No. XXXX embraced and covered by Tax
Declaration No. XXXXX containing an area of XXXXX hectares located at
xxxxxxxxxxxxx;

2. To represent me in instituting and pursuing up to its finality any action that

may arise from the foregoing, and any remedy that is thereto related;

3. To sign documents, incuding but not limited to the Affidavit of Verification,

Certification Against Forum Shopping and Disclosure Statements, necessary for
the institution, continuance and pursuance of the said actions, other actions
and/or remedies thereto related;

4. To represent me at and in all the proceedings of the actions theretofore

instituted including the preliminary conference, pre-trial, mediation, judicial
dispute resolution, arbitrations and other similar proceeding;

5. To enter into an amicable settlement and/or compromise agreement; to submit

alternative modes of dispute resolution; and to make any stipulations or
admissions of facts and of documents pertaining to the foregoing;

6. To sign, receive and/or release documents necessary for all the foregoing
proceedings;

7. To perform such other duties incidental to the foregoing functions.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorneys shall do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
