Project Scope
Scope Description:
In this project we focus on preparing well processed cotton. We store the cooton in inverntery
until we have a good rate in market. We also prepare banola for several products. We also know
about the labor management and supplier relationship to ensure the supplies on time.
Prepare a better and well-organized system for preparing a processed cotton.
Make a good relationship with the local farmers and raw cotton suppliers.
Prepare a supplier relation management strategy to ensure the in-time supply of all
materials.
Project Deliverables
Project plan is documented and approved by the client
o The project plan must include the following components
Project Charter
Project scope statement
Project WBS
Project Schedule
Project risk plan
Project communication plan
Project quality management plan
Project procurement plan
Project stakeholder management plan
Initial meeting was held on 10/10/2021 in which all the objectives and deliverables were
discussed.
Collected data by 2/11/2021
o Data will be collected through the means of survey, interviews and observation.
o Client must provide required documents.
The collected data is analyzed by 2/12/2021
By 20/12/2020 a system will be designed and developed.
System will be proposed to the client by 02/01/2022.
Initial testing will be held in this stage.
Implementation of given system by 02/02/2022
We will facilitate our client in this process
Closing of project 02/03/2022
All the documents and deliverables will be headed over to the client.
Exclusions
Budgeting will not be included in the scope
Other internal or external matter other than that are mentioned above will not be included
in the scope.
The change control board is responsible for reviewing any Change Orders raised during the
course of the project. Below is the list of Change Control Board members and their authority to
approve or reject Change Orders.
Assistant Project Managers Create, review, approve, reject or defer any Change
Order
The following document will be used as a Change Order for any required changes to the project.
