To know God more, I attended Sunday Worship Service online ever since but
inconsistenly. With CFE as a subject, somehow it reminded me at least that I need God, to keep
on seeking God and His work in my life. It was a challenge to balance academic life and
spiritual life. Soemtimes I prioritize the other more and vice versa. With this, I thought that I still
have to make an effort to seek God every day in my life just from remembering a verses to heart
and intentional prayers.
I have come now to a point in my life where I don’t have to worry about anything as long
as I follow Jesus. For me to commit to such an idea was not easy, and with this realization I
thought that I wasn’t still renewed. I still carry this baggage of my old self where my life is
unfocused and seeks more comfort from what the world provides. I get carried away sometimes
which make sit difficult for me to feel God’s presence. So many times I lost myself but oonly for
a while. At any time of the day, I recognize that God is still active in my life. Finding the path
that He intends me to do is less difficult now because the amount of effort, attention and
dedication somewhat reflects my spiritual growth and increase in fiaith. It can be attributed to
lesser daily encounter inconsistencies because I used to relly get in touch with God for the
whole week straight and more. Prayers in the middle of the quiet night, memorizing verses every
day keeps me grounded.
 This journey helped me to learn and understand forgiveness is a gift that I can share to
others and for myself. However, I know I can do better so I shouldn’t be complacent and CFE
helped me to hold on to the battle I have with distracted self.
