Grade 7-B Election of PTA Officers

I. Objectives
a. Elect new set of officers for Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association for Grade 7-B

II. Narrative
As part of the continuous preparation and improvement for School Year
2021-2022, election for the Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association for Grade 7-B
was conducted on October 20, 2021, at 10:00 am -11:00 am. The virtual election
was done online via Facebook Messenger to cater the parents without load who
cannot attend online platforms which require data load. Despite of the fact that
many parents were on their job, most of them were able to attend and
participate in virtual election. This is because they were all notified in advanced
about it before the election day. The election started with an opening greeting
and followed by the election instructions and procedures. Parents were asked to
nominate for each position, and they can also nominate themselves. It was also
emphasized that there should be no unnecessary messages should be sent
during the election. Overall, the election became successful, and the positions
were all completed.
