KEY AGREEMENTS from the

113th DOH Task Group Response Operations Meeting

Agenda Agreement In-Charge Timeline

Guidelines on PHST shall harmonize with national other agencies PHST Upon

community response, vaccination) on possible further
increase in the number of cases due to Omicron in
their respective AORs.

Updates on Typhoon With due consideration to their respective COVID-19 CHDs, DOH
Odette Response situations, CHDs, DOH Hospitals, and Medical Hospitals, and
Centers, are heeded to continue augmenting Caraga Medical
CHD’s medical response and public health teams, as Centers
well as medicines and supplies to Typhoon
Odette-affected areas.

CHDs 4B, 6, 7, 8, and 13 will recognize key partners CHDs 4B, 6, 7,

(i.e. service utilities, government agencies) that 8, and 13
provided exemplary and prompt assistance for the
 response and recovery in typhoon-affected areas.

CHDs 4B, 6, 7, 8, and 13 shall submit their final CHDs 4B, 6, 7, ASAP
vaccine wastage and reverse logistics reports, and 8, and 13
generator set requests to NVOC and HEMB.

HEMB shall coordinate with CHDs 4B, 6, 7, 8, and HEMB ASAP

13 to assist in filling gaps in their typhoon response
operations

Other Matters AFMT requesting DOH Hospitals to fill in vacant DOH Hospitals ASAP
positions as soon as possible and submit reports and Medical
(especially the HRH augmentation). Centers

FICT Clusters will update the directory of Regional Secretariat,

Directors and Asst. Regional Directors, given the FICT staff
latest re/assignments among CHDs.
