Per the correspondence, an investigation was requested into each. Of these cases, I received one involving John T. Jack (Involved), with a Florida voting registration address. of 3172 Lago Vista Drive, Melbourne. Per records, John is Registered and voted in the 2020 General Election in both Florida, and Washington. Although it is not illegal to register in more than one state, it IS illegal to vote more than once, or in multiple states, I responded to the listed address of 3172 Lago Vista Drive, Melbourne, Florida, 32940, in attempt to contact John Jack. After several knocks, there was no answer. A business card was left, and I received a call back from Mrs. Sheryle Jack (Suspect), who claimed to be John’s mom. Per Sheryle, her son lives in Seattle, Washington. She requested to know if my presence was regarding the letter they received from the Supervisor of Elections, and I confirmed it was. Mrs. Jack requested to speak with me in person, explaining she had relevant information to relay. I explained I was trying to establish what occurred, to include if her son was a victim of fraud. I explained she did not need to talk to me, nor was I there to make any arrests. Sheryle explained she did wish to speak with me to get things “behind her”. During our swom interview, I reiterated that she did not need to speak with me, and that I would leave at any time. Per Sheryle, John has always had his primary residence for voting at her residential address. During the 2020 Election cycle, he was supposed to travel from the UK, but didn’t because of the pandemic (COVID-19). She explained his ballot came to her house and she put together a care package to send him, but didn’t get to. When she was going to submit her drop off ballot in Melbourne, she took John’s, knowing it had to be tured it, since she never sent him the care package. | advised Sheryle, that I think we both knew she did something wrong, and she agreed. I asked her if I was going to find further fraud, because I did note her Florida driver's license had an incorrect date of land address. Sheryle advised she did not commit any further fraud, and also did not vote in this election because of the discrepancy in her address. I also asked if she opened, Jcompleted, sealed, signed and dropped off John’s ballot. Sheryle confirmed she did, but claimed she didn’t request the ballot, because it came automatically. I advised Sheryle the absentee ballot was requested via email of Shervlevellowbird@email.com. She confirmed this was her email address, and I showed her where John’s status was “temporary absentee”, with the email request coming in October of 2020, from her email. Sheryle confirmed she would have been the person requesting the mail in ballot for John asked Sheryle what she thought should happen with what occurred. Sheryle stated she didn’t act out of ‘malice, and she was confident she voted the way John would have. I asked Sheryle if she believed it was important for voter fraud to be investigated, and she agreed. Agent Mason asked Sheryle if John ever asked her to complete the ballot on his behalf and she stated he Jdid not. | offered Sheryle an opportunity to write an apology letter, explaining she could write it in my presence, or she could write it at a later date if she wished. Sheryle wished to write an apology letter, stating what occurred was just “bad judgement”. In my presence she wrote, and signed the following etter: “To whom it may concem, T would like to say I'm so sorry for mailing my son’s ballot and filling it out. I realize it was wrong for me to have done this, and I sincerely regret this decision. Sincerely, Sheryle L, Jack” 1 also requested Sheryle to replicate how she would have signed John’s signature on his ballot, on the top right side of the signed letter. Sheryle did this. I signed and dated the top right of the letter for authentication purposes. 1 discussed the procedure with Sheryle of how [ would be handling the case, and explained there was still fa process for me as [ was waiting to obtain subpoenaed documents from Supervisor of Elections, and I still wished to talk to John. Due to the time difference in Florida and Washington, Sheryle agreed to tate John calling me as soon as possible. She further stated she recalled completing John’s ballot [while her husband drove to drop off the ballots. This was later determined to be untrue, unless she put {the wrong date on the ballot. He immediately called the Supervisor of Elections in both Florida and Washington. John stated he wished to protect his mother, and didn’t believe she did this with any ill-intent. He confirmed he DID NOT ask her to vote for him, nor did he know she did this until the letter was sent and she told him. John further explained he did not request the absentee ballot, because this was his first time registering for a presidential election in the state of Washington. John was confident his mom knew who he would have voted for and would have carried out. his vote as they do share similar views. { explained the process | would be following as it related to [completing this investigation. John did wish to have his information forwarded to the State Atomey's Office for input on this case. PHONE CALL WITH SHERYLE JACK ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 }On September 30, 2021, I received a phone call from Sheryle Jack. I recorded the almost 20-minute conversation, in which Sheryle described numerous events that were occurring in 2020, including family issues, COVID, and other issues. Sheryle also wished to find out the status of this case, which was provided to her. Sheryle stated her intentions were NOT to steal her son’s vote, but it was to get it in for him since she did not know he was voting in another state. Sheryle also advised if she was trying to Jcommit voter fraud, she would have obtained a provisional ballot, or somehow tried to update her address. I told her just like at her home, she wasn’t detained, and was not obligated to tell me anything, She stated, she would probably wait, because she was trying to be open with me, and Jan attorney would tell her not to talk to me. She stated she didn’t believe that was the right thing. I again advised her she could call me anytime if she had any questions. SUBPOENA RETURN FROM BREVARD COUNTY SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS A subpoena was drafted to the Supervisor of Elections on October 01, 2021. On October 25, 2021, 1 received the response with a Business Records Certification signed by Timothy Bobanic the Director of IT. This included the Voter Registration Applications, Voter Record Audit, Cross State Voter Registration Information, Correspondence from voter, Vote by Mail Certificate Envelope, and a Voting History Report. |The Vote by Mail Information Sheet showed John Jack's voter ID to be 100813228, His status was ‘Temporary Absentee with an email address listed as Sherylevellowbird@gmail.com.
