POWDER PEELOFF WAS VISIBLE AT EDGES ALONG THICKNESS FOR BOTH 2MM AND 5MM SAMPLE FOR ALL POWDERS WHEN STRUCK WITH SHARP EDGE

THE OVEN TEMPERATURE FOR ALL POWDERS MAINTAINED IS 180 DEGREE CELSIUS WHICH DOESN'T MEET WITH BAKING SCHEDULE MENTIONED ON BOXES OF POWDER.
ALSO NO TTR TEST CARRIED OUT FOR VALIDATING IF THE OVEN TEMPERATURE IS MAINTAINED
THE GLOSS AND DFT READING OF SOME SAMPLE INSPECTED WAS ON HIGHER SIDE.
SHADE PHYSICALLY VERIFIED AT 24VFD AND 46 VFD ARE SIMILAR BUT DIDN'T MATCH SHADE CARD (RAL5012)
THE CONVEYER SPEEDS MANUALLY CALCULATED WERE FOUND AS 2.06 M/MIN FOR 46 VFD AND 1.05 M/MIN AT 24 VFD.(DIDN'T MATCH WITH THE DATA ON
DOCUMENT DISPLAYED AT POWDER COATING AREA )
MANUALLY TIME TAKEN BY A COMPONENT TO TRAVEL IN OVEN FROM START TO END WAS NOTED AND FOUND AS 13 MIN AT 46 VFD AND 25 MIN 30 SEC AT 24 VFD

As per the B.O.M, HR material is mentioned . But HR has no adhesion property to powder

The gauges and tools used for powdercoating including DFT meter are callibrated

4. MEASUREMENT
Tritation are performed and the pointage of chemicals are verified
Nail test is performed for verifyong the pretreaatment process.
No test carried out for checking if oven temperture is maintained
For each new sample of powder scratch test, dft, impact test , salt spray test is performed

The baking schedule mentioned on powder boxes does not meet with one followed at powdercoating area
The temperature of oven is maintained at 180 degree celsius for all powders
Also the speeds mentioned at given VFD at powdercoating area dont match with the speeds calculated manually at given VFD.
