Name Roll No. EX : (BTECH/60053/20) Why do you want to be joint secretary?
Having served and been the part of so many societies and communities I would bring along with me a lot of experience and vision. Having lead and followed people at the same time gives a complete picture as to Raj Aayush BTECH/60014/20 how it looks and feels working at various fronts. I want to coordinate with all of the teams and try being a catalyst to help them fuel up our events. I want to contribute more towards team building and establishing proper efficient communication channel amongst the members, also to learn more about people Amrit Raj BTECH/60076/20 handling. I want to learn how it feel to have responsibilities and Arundhati Mukherjee BTECH/60040/20 make important decisions . I plan on applying for masters after BTech and having worked as a executive member in a prestigious organization such as IEEE would act as an leverage for my application and at the same time it would help me gain experience on how to manage an organisation. I used the hacker earth platform for setting up questions for the very first time and it was a learning experience for me. I feel that being a joint secretary would help me gain more such experiences. Also there are a few changes which I have in mind for our current IEEE website and social pages, being part of the committee Satarupa Deb BTECH/60115/20 would help me better express my ideas on the same. Just want to contribute to the society in all way Anand Raj BTECH/60109/20 possible. IEEE is the most prestigious and active society of BIT'D. The legacy of diligence requires a hard working and dedicated person who can lead the whole team and urge them to participate while being a vital member himself. I think I am capable enough and hard working to carry the responsibility of joint secretary on my shoulder. This Shashwat Shekhar BTECH/60132/20 won't be a burden, but a grateful experience.
