1. Based on the short clip, cite some examples on how does Google
do teamwork?
 Based on the short clip that I’ve seen, Google teamwork is a
place we can look to for inspiration. In the video, the people
working in Google just figured out the relationships and
responsibilities of individuals which made them all working
together. It was shown that they just fell in love with its
culture where there’s vibe that they wanted to be part of.
Also, they got to learn new technologies where they really
go beyond their skill that they think they have at the
moment, and push boundaries. And the group simply agreed
that their teamwork was determined on how they felt as
team members and on how they discussed their ideas to
come up with different viewpoints together as what they
want their products to represent. They eagerly used the
advantage of working with people who have an amazing
expertise, different experiences, and a lot of different
backgrounds. Through this way, they were able to always
find for the leapfrog innovation as they embraced diverse
ideas and they always find their work meaningful.

2. What is your opinion on the way Google handle their employees?

 In my own notion, the way Google handle their employees
grants them to have an organizational culture that’s always
highlighted from the other company. Google was known as
one of the world's largest and most influential corporations
because of its distinct culture, which has been thoroughly
established. Through Google’s strategy, I am convinced of
the reason why people would love and like to work in the
firm where employees won't have to leave anymore the
office for lunch, pleasure, or relaxation since they'll have
everything they need right there. After all, Google was a
strong believer that happier employees are more productive
and innovative. As a result, every employees would give
their best that they can really feel the organization's overall
goals, mission and impact.
