Large Retail Bank, India (Sept’18 till Dec’18)
Until recently, Vishak Dinaker was working with one of India’s Major Banks, as a Business Analyst to define their
Lending Platform delivering their first product for Auto Loans.

• His primarily responsibilities involved working and collaborating with stakeholders from the “Client and
McKinsey’s"Garage Team and facilitating requirement workshops to figure out User Journeys, Underlying
Business processes and System integrations.
• He coached and worked with the Client Sponsor, Product Owners to think lean, define and prfioritize features,
Identify MVP and plan for iterative releases.
• He facilitated a lot of the Agile ceremonies and also radiate periodic project status and RAIDs with relevant
stakeholders.
• Furthermore he worked with a Team of BAs, mentoring one of them to ensure smooth and consistent iterative
delivery.

Trainline, UK (Feb’17 till July’18)

Prior to this, Vishak Dinaker worked both as a Business Analyst and Iteration manger, and has been
part of 2 very strategic projects – a Rail Search-Book API product and 3 Mobile White-labelled prod-
ucts.

His key responsibilities included

• Setup a Multi Vendor-Distributed Scrum Team spread across 3 countries and bring in agile and dis-
tributed delivery practices to ensure smooth delivery.
• Brief agile concepts to a variety of stakeholders including Business Development, Legal & Cus-
tomer support and setup processes for regular requirement inflow.
• Define requirements by facilitating regular workshops with multiple business stakeholders and work
with Technical teams to implement solutions as per the release plan
• Ensure iterative delivery, Setup data analysis practices within the Client team to take informed
product decisions based on value generation.

Leading American retailing company. (Jan’16 to Feb’17)

In most of 2016, Vishak Dinaker worked with a Major US retailer, to drive and deliver their digital
product strategy. He played the Business Analyst role in building 2 of their products - a B2C Pharma -
ceutical application, and a B2C eCommerce application

His key responsibilities included:

• Work with Client Product Teams to bring in Business Analysis practices like End user personas,
User journeys and identifying key problems.

• Transform the Client (Traditional) Design practices to be inline and part of the Development team
agile practices.

• Ensure Clients teams measure impact of each release so that Business decisions are backed by
key metrics.

• Manage iterations & dependencies, Parallelisation of Focus teams, raise risks and setup process to
ensure timely delivery within budget

Bangalore International Airport Ltd. (Oct’15 to Dec’15)

Vishak Dinaker worked for a brief time with this Client and presented a phased approach for project delivery.

His roles and responsibilities included:

• Perform the as is and to be analysis with Client stakeholders, and enabled them to think MVP.
• Mentored a Development Team on agile estimation and facilitated the estimation process.
• Work with Business stakeholders to be knowledgeable about an incremental release plan.

Sapient Corporation Limited (July’2010 – Oct ‘2015)

Vishak Dinaker has played multiple roles in Sapient, including a Developer, a Quality Analyst and
as a Business Analyst and role and has delivered multiple software solutions to clients across
US, UK and the EU regions.
