Guidelines for Group Project:

1. It should be between 1500 and 2000 words in length.

2. Project should include a structured abstract.
3. Paper should include following sections but not restricted to
these, it includes
a) objectives,
b) About the organisation
c) About the HR Functions studied with focus on
review of literature
d) technical inputs including corporate examples
e) Findings & Outcomes based on interview or
survey,
f) Suggestion and conclusion.
g) References
4. References to other publications must be carefully
mentioned.
5. Any Plagiarism found would result in negative marking from
marks of class participation. In turnitin report, maximum
allowed is less than 10%.
