DEFINITION OF NATURE OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

There are two major aspects of development, the meaning and principles of
development.

- Motivational Activity

I will ask the class why it is important for us as humans to learn about the human
development. With that being said, they will be instructed to use the meeting
conversation if they have an idea about the importance of learning Human
Development.

In the end, I will also tell the class that it is pretty obvious that it is important for us
to learn the human development since we are going to be a future educators and as
future educators we are going to deal with different learners and basically, we cannot
teach them effectively and efficiently if we don't know them to begin with and this
would also applies to us, as future mothers or parents. Likewise, we cannot teach our
children or raise them properly and effectively if we don't know them to begin with.

SIGNIFICANCE OF LEARNING THE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

To Future Educators, It is important for a

teacher to understand human
development in order to best meet the
needs of students.

For Parents, It is important for parents to

understand their children, their
development, their needs, and their
uniqueness to generally improve and
result in less conflicts as children progress
through adolescence to adulthood.

For Individual, To gain an understanding

of your own life experience, help others
understand what they're going through,
and support the physical and mental
health of others.

contexts, there are some basic principles that underlie the process of development
and can be observed in all human beings. These are called the principles of
development.

1. Development is relatively orderly.

2. While the pattern of development is likely to be similar, the outcomes of
developmental processes and rate of development are likely to vary among

V. Evaluation

As I analyze my whole presentation, I believe that the learning objectives of this

report has been met. I‘m certain that my classmates can now define the human
development on their own words by remembering the key words that were used or
provided such us Development is ‘relatively orderly’, takes place ‘gradually’ and most
especially the word ‘Complex’. I planned my presentation to be less text per slide and
would be willing to discuss each key words that are important. Generally, I believe that I
have delivered the learnings or the lesson properly as I have chosen quality contents from
reliable resources and of course, the presentation design has helped me to be more
engaging to the class as a result, I take pride that my classmates will remembered can
now distinguish the approaches of human development.
