But not only in the countryside. Also, in the cities, bikes are taken seriously by the Kiwis as a healthy and sustainable means of transportation. To improve the flow of bicycle traffic in downtown Auckland, the city has created this amazing pink bike path on an unused expressway off-ramp. In addition to its flashy color, this bike path has protective glass walls and LED lighting. It’s safe and beautiful, isn’t it?
