 ASSIGNMENT 3: EFA

To identify the opportunities and threats of SUJV, we had listed all the external factors by
using the “PESTEL” model. We had listed approximately 20 factors by using this model and
had done a thorough analysis to determine the top 5 opportunities that are available and top 5
threats that might be faced by SUJV. This EFA analysis will help us understand the impact of
various factors that are not within our control towards our company, SUJV. Basically, these
factors will be scored on the importance and the capabilities of SUJV ranging from 1 to 10
individually to determine the opportunities and threats for SUJV.

So based on the EFA analysis, we had identified the top 5 opportunities for SUJV, which are
(1) , (2) , (3) , (4) , and (5) .

By using the EFA analysis as well, we had also identified the top 5 threats that will
jeopardize SUJV, which are (1) , (2) , (3) , (4) , and (5) .
