Note: The average yearly absence of an employee total 35days. Dividing 35days by 365days is
0.095. This includes mandatory leaves and other absences.
4. Categorize to professional and non-professional personnel.
5. Distribute Nurses and Nursing Attendants by shifts:
1. Morning or day shift = 45- 51%
Afternoon shift = 34-37%
Night Shift = 15- 18%
