INSTRUCTIONS FOR PEPTIDE Plastic cap

CJC-1295/Ipamorelin Stack Bacteriostatic Water

Mixing instructions:


Remove plastic caps (or peel off metal center Peptide

piece) from vial of GHRP and Bacteriostatic water.

Wipe down exposed rubber stoppers with a

rubbing alcohol pad.

Insert Mixing syringe needle into vial of bacteriostatic water and withdraw 7.5mL of solution.

Gently inject bacteriostatic water into vial containing CJC/Ipa powder at an angle so 

that solution slides slowly down the side of the glass into the powder.

Dosage: Mixing Syringe

Your dose is 200MCG (25u on insulin syringe) before bed, Monday - Friday.

Use orange 1cc U-100 insulin syringe to withdraw you dose and inject in to abdomen area as specified below.

Abdomen: Uncover the abdomen to see the whole area. Find the waist area. You may give a shot bounded by these
landmarks: below the waist, to just above the hip bone, and from where the body curves at the side to about 2 inches
from the middle of the abdomen. Avoid the bellybutton. Use the natural line in the middle of the body as a marker.

Place all used needles and syringes in supplied biohazard sharps container. It is important that you use a new needle for
each injection.

Make sure you refrigerate the vial of CJC-1295/Ipamorelin.
