Display / Keypad (PGD)

ALARM KEY – The ALARM KEY is illuminated in red to indicate the presence of an active alarm, press the key to view the Alarm entry
PROGRAM KEY – The PROGRAM KEY is used to access the Menu Screens
ESCAPE KEY – The ESCAPE KEY is used to return operation to the previous screen
↑ & ↓ KEYS – The ↑ & ↓ KEYS are used to move up and down through values/parameters in a Menu and to change the value/parameter
once it is selected with the ENTER KEY
ENTER KEY – The ENTER KEY is used to move the cursor through the fields, to select values/parameters in a Menu , and to set new
values/parameters

Fault Finding - General
• Check for Alarms at the controller Display/Keypad (PGD)

• Check for Power at Internal & External Isolators (AC & DC)

• Check the Input/Output Screens to view current unit operation

• Check the Alarm History Log

• Check MCB’s, Fuses in Electrical Panel

• Use Manual Mode Operation to Troubleshoot

• Read the Controller Operations Manual

• Read the Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual

No-Link Alarms can be caused by:

• Incorrect controller address

• Incorrect PGD address

• Incorrect wiring

• Damaged pLAN port on the controller
