SUBJECT : After Activity Report Re: Filipino Values Restoration Program

CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER OF EVENTS

1. “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving

someone deeply gives you courage.”

2. The undersigned respectfully informed that at about 1330H-1700H 14

February 2021, in connection to Hearts Months, WD officer of this facility initiated the
MCJ-MD Love Lines with his co-DJ PDL Derick Villanueva at DO area of Mandaue City
Jail- Male Dormitory.

3. This was a way of helping our PDL to express their feelings to their loved
ones and as part of Valentine’s Day Celebration.

OBSERVATIONS

4. The PDL are so participative in sending or creating their love letter

Greetings to their love ones. And a big smile in their face when they heard the DJ read
their letters.

RECOMMENDATION

5. It is recommended to continue this kind of activity to makes them

inspired and express their feelings to someone.
