We are looking to fill the position of Associate Director – Strategic Account with someone who is a
self-driven business leader and is enthusiastic about selling SaaS-based technology solutions to
customers in Western India
The primary focus of this role is to develop opportunities/RFP’s/proposals, engage with CXO’s and
meet the sales goals of company offerings in select accounts in Western India.
The candidate should have prior experience selling enterprise IT software or services solutions to
enterprise customers, as well as the ability to sell at the CXO level and a strong customer network in
the region.
We are looking for a highly motivated business hunter who works in a team and focuses on closing
deals to exceed our goals.

Job description:
● Reporting to the Regional Director-Sales, this role is expected to plan and deliver on the business
objectives of the list of selected named accounts.
● Developing a sales strategy within the targeted list of named accounts
● Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing
revenue streams.
● Tailoring company value proposition to prospects based on in-depth analysis of customer’s
infrastructure, plans for business digital transformation initiatives, and needs drivers
● Pipeline management, sales process management, including effective forecasting and closure,
● Leading the complete sales process starting with the initial presentation/demonstration till the
closure of the opportunity – all the time focused on customer success through company value
proposition
● Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to
drive the offerings.
● Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue
streams
● Leverage internal resources and external networks to build a strong, sustained revenue stream and
a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
● Plan, build and maintain executive-level engagement at the senior-most levels with customers and
prospects.
● Leverage the partner ecosystem, which includes top SI, MSP, reseller, and consulting partners.
● Be the "voice of the customer" to the Product Development Team & maintain sales hygiene.
Requirements:
● Technology Graduate (B.E. / B. Tech. / B. Sc.), preferably with MBA or PGDM
● 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure services or SaaS-based software businesses, selling key
values and differentiators with proven success and experience in new business in the region.
● Ability to understand the "bigger picture", business drivers and build strong relationships with
customers
● Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to
maximise revenue.
● Experience and a willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
● Deep understanding of the current market, customer needs, and drivers
● Commercially aware with a strong profit orientation and excellent verbal and written
communication skills
