Answer the following questions in sentence/paragraph form.
1. How will you explain the benefits of water aerobics to the health of a person?

Water aerobics are form of exercises in water; one example of water aerobics is swimming. You can
gain health benefits through water aerobics by using it continuously. Some health benefits you can
gain is the increase of your stamina and cardiovascular strength. It can also improve your heart
health and it can also be a way to release the stress in your work, school or any other stressful
activity; you can consider water aerobics as a way to bond with your friends and such. One fact is
you can also lose weight by doing water aerobics by doing it in a daily basis.

2. Do you think that water aerobics is a suitable physical activity for all ages?
Yes, water aerobics is a suitable physical activity for all ages. As what I have said a while ago,
swimming is one example of a form of water aerobics and it may be beneficial for seniors and also
kids since it is also essential for the survival and also for people who don’t like other forms of
exercise.
3. Why do we have to know our heart rate before engaging to water aerobics or to any physical activities?
It can also be a way to monitor you heart and also to avoid risks and possibilities that may harm
you physically. It can also be a way to avoid overtraining which can cause you so many possible
dangers.

4. How does water aerobics help in improving one's balance and coordination?

By doing wate aerobics on a daily basis, it can improve your eye hand coordination. Also the water
slows down movements and it can also improve your coordination with the body and also balance
well.
