Documents to be submitted:
SSC (X) Mark sheet and Certificate
HSC (XII) Mark sheet and Certificate
Degree all Semester/Year-wise Mark sheets
Degree Certificate
Mark sheet/Certificate of Post Graduation/Professional qualifications (if any)
Degree college Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate - Original and Photocopy
Migration Certificate from the university of your last degree - Original and Photocopy
CAT 2019/XAT 2020/GMAT Jan 2017 to 10th Feb 2020/CET 2020 test Admit/Hall ticket card and
Score sheet
Work Experience Certificates/Documentary proof
Documents related to Achievements

Note - The courier should be addressed to your respective Program Officers.


They should be kept in the loop before mailing. Kindly send the documents on weekdays
between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM by 20th of January.

Frequently asked questions:


•What if a university takes a longer time to issue a degree certificate?
A provisional degree or passing certificate can be submitted until the original ones are received.

•If the migration certificate contains a no-objection clause regarding the student joining any other
institute, do they still have to submit a transfer certificate?
Yes, a transfer certificate has to be submitted as well.

•How does one get a transfer/leaving certificate?


The transfer/leaving certificate is issued by the graduating university by submitting the TC letter
provided by our institute.

•If somebody already has a transfer certificate issued, do they still need to fill the TC letter
provided by the college?
No, in that case, the original transfer certificate along with a self-attested photocopy needs to be
submitted to the college.

•What happens if the migration certificate is not available or issued?


It is mandatory to submit an original migration certificate along with a self-attested photocopy of
it. If it is not available or issued, the students need to submit an undertaking or declaration from
their respective institute or university, on their letterhead, stating the same.

•Is the PNR number mandatory for transfer/leaving certificate?


No, a PNR number is not a mandatory requirement.

•What happens when a university provides a migration certificate that includes the transfer
certificate?
It will serve the purpose. The original copy needs to be submitted.

•What happens in the case of two migration certificates- one received from the university and the
other one received from the board? Which one needs to be submitted?
The migration certificate issued from the university is required to be submitted.
