Boil artichoke for 30 min

Blanche ½ lb of spinach

Medium High Heat


3 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
Cook 3-4 min

Add artichoke hearts


Add 2 cups milk
Cook for 3-4 min

3-4 tbs parmesan


3-4 tbs cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
spinach
2 tbs cream cheese

500F for 10-15 min
