Do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1. I/We say that I/We am/are absolutely seized and possessed of or otherwise well
and entitled to the purchase of the immovable property being

2. I/We have disclosed all facts relating to the said Property to the authorized
representatives of AXIS Bank Ltd/ its security trustee and made available to them
all documents of title deeds.

I/We know that the original prior title documents are Burn in transaction of
Lap Case.

Property title Documents below which are Burn depositing in Axis Bank:-

 Original Registered Sale Deed & RR bearing Reg. No. 9459 dated
6/7/2010 by Panchshilp Developers, a partnership firm through its partner
in favour of Jayeshbhai Vallabhdas Patel.
3. I/We hereby declare and undertake jointly and severally to indemnify and keep
AXIS Bank Ltd/ its security trustee fully indemnified, saved and harmless of,
from or against any loss, damage or risk that might arise to AXIS Bank Ltd/ its
security trustee on account of the absence of the same and undertake to submit the
documents to AXIS Bank Ltd/ its security trustee at once if they are made
available or come into our possession.

4. I/We have acquired the said Property with my/our self acquired funds (except for
the LOAN) and I/We am/are the only sole and absolute owners thereof and no
other person has any share, right, title or interest of any kind or nature whatsoever
in the said property, beneficial owners thereof.

5 I/We say that the said property is free from all encumbrances, claims and demands
and the same is not subject to any charge, liens, lispendens, attachment or any
other processes issued by any court or authority and I/We have not created any
lien, gift or trust in respect thereof and no suit, writ, action or other proceeding is
pending against me/us in respect of the said property and that no notice for
acquisition or requisition is issued in respect of the said property. I/We further
declare that the said property is not encumbered in any manner whatsoever and I/
We have an absolute, clear and marketable title thereto.

And I/We make the aforesaid declarations and statements and give the aforesaid
undertaking solemnly and sincerely believing the same to be true and knowing fully well
that on the faith and strength thereof, AXIS Bank Ltd has agreed to give the said LOAN.
