STARTING OFF 5 simple steps to get started
1. Open a corporate Grab for Business account at business.grab.com
a. If you wish to pay via a Corporate Credit Card, one account is sufficient for all Southeast
Asian markets
2. Nominate one or multiple staff per corporate account as ‘Company Admin’
3. Add authorised employees as to your corporate account. Details required are:
a. Name and Work Email (you can add more details like Employee ID, Department Code /
Cost Centre Code as applicable)
4. Enable ‘Concierge Web Booking’ for these authorised employees
5. Your authorised employees can now access concierge.grab.com and make transport bookings
for all guests, visitors, employees and customers!!!

Finance / Procurement / HR / Admin / Facilities teams can see detailed reports and activities
for all rides taken from within the Grab for Business corporate account.
