 - Client acquisition, developing new channels for the product
- Collect customer feedback and do market research
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest development
- Expand client database by using connections from old clients

26. Intern’s strengths and areas of performance to develop:

Nam showed me great potential in sales. He is eager to try new things, dare to take responsibility
and strive to do his best on daily operation.
Besdies his proudness, there is still much room for improvement with Nam. He could be more
proactive, learns to be more independent and he should not be afraid of making errors.
27. Comments or suggestions for the School of Business’ internship program:

I’m impressed with the IU Internship program. At first, I thought the internship was just an occasion
for students to observe and do simple tasks. After working with Nam for 3 months, he showed me that
he was not a third-year student who just wanted to practice in a company, but an exceptional employee
who always wanted to make things good.
Personally, I think this Internship program will change the perception of the University Internship
program in a positive way.

28. Would you recommend this student for further internship work or consider hiring him/her
for a vacant position in your company?

We will definitely consider hiring him for further internship work or on a full-time basic.
