Roles & Responsibilities

FOR FIELD:

1. Ensure that every team member are in complete PPE ,knows the flow of the activity before
starting the survey.
2. Ensures that every team member; Rigger are in complete PPE, knows the flow of the activity
before starting the survey. The flow and strategies on the efficiency of the work are discussed.
3. Secure all the equipment used for survey (PLDT FTTH,CONVERGE FTTH) are available before,
during and after the activity.
4. Secure all the equipment used for survey (SMART OLT PROJECT,SMART N PROJECT) are
available before, during and after the activity.
5. Secure all the equipment used for survey (GLOBE GENESIS PROJECT) are available before,
during and after the activity.
6. Proper coordination to the Site Owner and other personnel of the client, and updates the PM
on the status of the activity.
7. Help the other Team member’s if your sites are now finished.

FOR OFFICE:

1. Helps the CAD DESIGNER’s on their Design Layout, RTA,ABP And IZAG in terms of the
familiarization of the DESIGNS, mostly in the existing design present, and in case to case basis.
2. Helps the DA’s on their TSSR creation in terms of the familiarization of the equipment, mostly
in the existing technologies present, and in case to case basis.
3. For PLDT FTTH PROJECT- responsible on designing the site surveyed details done by the team
and as soon as possible the design will finish at the right time.
4. For CONVERGE FTTH PROJECT- also in this project is responsible on designing the site
surveyed details done by the team and as soon as possible the design will finish at the right
time.

 5. For SMART N SWAP PROJECT-responsible on the uploading of site photos and layout that are
surveyed done by the team.

6. For OLT PROJECT- responsible on the uploading of site photos and layout that are surveyed
done by the team.
7. For GLOBE GENESIS PROJECT- responsible on the uploading of site photos and layout that are
surveyed done by the team.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
1. HUAWEI COMMISIONING AND HATSAT attendee
2. Telecom Survey and Design Engineer, Huawei Pass ID
3. WAH (Working at Heights) attendee,
4. Knows: TSSR (MW LOS, WIRELESS), PAT/PREPAT/SQI/DISMANTLING
5. Surveyor/Team Leader: NCR, NLZ/ SLZ, MIN , willing to assign in any area
6. Knows how to use SITE MASTER and how it was used during the actual in the sites.
7. Alarm clearing in site, Dismantling and conducts PAT w/ the client.
8. Being under in the projects of:
 Huawei SMART L700,NOKIA SMART L700+L1800, HUAWEI SMART TURBO LOS, GLOBE ZAP LOS
and TE, GLOBE ALL STAR, SMART N SWAP ( Team Leader/Surveyor, TSSR Creator)
 NOKIA UNO AND REFARMING; Survey and Implementation.
