Case Studies
• Participants have to read the Case Studies
materials before joining class activities.
• There will be 30 minutes group discussion on
each case studies during the allocated session,
prepare points to be presented and discussed.
• After group discussion, a group will be chosen
to present the result of group discussion,
followed by class discussion facilitated by
Lecturer.
Case Study Presentation Outline
1. Company’s background in terms of Game Plan
or Strategy Map and identify Business Issues.
2. Evaluating (discussion) on Leadership/
Managerial Effectiveness. One approach to
evaluate Leadership Effectiveness is by
evaluating:
a. Leadership attributes, values, & quality
b. Followers motivation, solid, performance.
c. Context or situation
d. Execution capability, and
e. Results.
