Dear AIESEC Network,

We hope you are doing well! As AIESECers, we constantly find ourselves beaming with
excitement to do and be more. And the amount we’ve done in the time since we got hit with
the pandemic is simply phenomenal. Keeping up with that pace has now become our latest
obsession and we don’t want to stop any time soon because we see a better tomorrow for all
of us, at AIESEC.

Having said that, we are now moving into a new year with new possibilities and we as MC
Swadesh are looking to build a support system that can help us create an even stronger
AIESEC in India. If you are interested in an experience that will excite you, challenge you,
motivate you, and help you grow; then you are at the right place. We need you to be the
Cornerstone for AIESEC in India.

Guidelines
1. Please ensure to read these Guidelines very carefully, they will help you avoid any silly
mistakes.
2. All Cornerstone roles are open to Indian and International AIESECers.
3. You will have to submit your Application through the following google form: bit.ly/
Cornerstone2022Sem1Form_Round3.
4. The deadline for filling the form is 31 January, 2022 (Monday) at 11:59 PM.
5. Your Application must consist of:

6. You can apply for a maximum of 2 different roles.
7. If you choose to apply for a second role, your Application must consist of:

8. There are no restrictions on the number of pages, fonts and colours.
9. You can use all your creativity to present your application. However, keep in mind that the only
criteria for consideration is your content and nothing else.
10. Incomplete/Late Applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
11. Your complete Application must be submitted as a single PDF.
