Boss Jim’s Dalgona Cafe Shop will sell more creamer,


healthier, and delicious coffee that will gonna love by the
people nowadays specially the teenagers. Its objectives
revolve around helping people make the most of their finite
lives, by offering an accessible, respectful, inclusive and
confidential space, accompanied by high quality food and
drink. Boss Jim’s Dalgona Café Shop will be located in Sitio
Mabuhay, Barangay Banahaw, Santa Cruz, Marinduque will
be a good quality cafe with sufficient physical space to offer.
Our goal is to fill something to meet the desired demand.
The customers may have the options to pick up their order
or have it delivered at their convenience.

1. Owner/Manager – He/she oversees and manages the
business. He/she is responsible and accountable for every

aspects. They must be knowledgeable on how the business
runs. This position is on call only.

3. Person that makes Coffee – He/she creates and makes the


product.

A. Purpose of the Product
Boss Jim’s Dalgona Café Shop will sell the residents
of Barangay Banahaw, a more creamier, healthier, and
delicious coffee that fits on their taste. There are
different sizes of Dalgona Coffee to choose from.

B. Products Unique Features


Boss Jim’s Dalgona Café Shop shows it’s unique
features. The first is the different sizes of cup of
Dalgona Coffee that customers can choose from. They
can freely suggest how creamier their coffee they want.
The second is the printed hugot lines or pick up lines
designed in the cup of Dalgona Coffee. This is the best
for some teenagers who likes hugot and pick up lines.

D.Production Process and Controls that will be


used to manufacture the product
Below is the process on how to make a dalgona coffee:

1. Mix sugar, coffee, and warm water in a bowl.


2. Use a whisker or be prepared to whisk your way
through this coffee. Keep whisking the coffe for
atleast 15 minutes until it has a very creamy
texture.
3. In a glass, pour cold milk with ice and then add
the frothy coffee mixture on top of the milk.

E. Distribution of Logistics

Boss Jim’s Dalgona Café Shop initially operates as a


home-based enterprise. Customers may choose if they
will pick up the item or it will be delivered at their
convenience. For delivery there should be handling fee
(Santa Cruz area only) and shipping fee (outside Santa
Cruz) fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

F. Regulatory and Other Compliance Issues

Boss Jim’s Dalgona Café Shop will be registered as


a single proprietorship type of business to the
Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). A Barangay
clearance will also be secured before applying for a
mayor’s permit to operate as a home-based business
micro enterprise. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
registration will also be done after getting all the
necessary registration documents and permits from
DTI, barangay, and mayor’s office.
