On the other hand, examinees residing/living OUTSIDE Pampanga may present any of the following in order to be admitted into the
examination venue:
- Negative RT-PCR (Swab or Saliva) result taken 3-5 days prior to the first day of examination OR
- 14-day Quarantine Certificate WITH Negative ANTIGEN result taken within 48 hours/ 2 days from the first day of examination
Examinees shall also present complete and duly signed copies (on a short bond paper) of Annexes A and B of PRC Memorandum
68. A copy of Annex B shall be submitted for each day of the examination.
S-PASS Registration on the examinees’ mobile device shall also be presented upon entry into the examination venue.
Saliva RT-PCR tests must administered only by the Philippine Red Cross as per Food and Drug Administration, and RT-PCR (swab)
or Antigen Tests must be availed at any Department of Health recognized health care facilities.
