I was working for warehouse of BIM Metals.

I did attempt to lift by bending forward to lift

a heavy package to the shelf. Injuries from lifting have been occurred, I got back injury. I
had a spinal fusion surgery over the summer 2020 after breaking my back. My plan will
be to avoid the heavier items more than 40 lbs. I think I am recovering within two weeks
