Live Project and Internship for Management Students

Background
Internships and Live Projects are an integral aspect of any MBA programme across the world, more so
for Management students. The industry is playing a large role by offering live projects and internships
which provide the requisite practical exposure. It is imperative that an internship programme be
created which ensure the following –

with the severe need for Financial Advisors and Distributors.

Our focus on creating micro-entrepreneurs ensures that students can practically implement their
management skills as Independent Financial Product Providers (IFPP), while also contributing towards
a social cause.

Our core team comprises of senior leaders from the BFSI industry with decades of experience each,
across various leadership roles. The combined leadership experience of the core team extends over
400 years. Our track record of over 10 years in undertaking training and skilling mandates on behalf
of BFSI, coupled with our industry partnerships ensure that we are the right team to groom and create

FinX (AV Financial Experts Network Private Limited) is a collaborative network involved in skilling and

Training and Internship (3 months) Program

The practical training as a part of the Internship Programme will comprise a structured training to
become a Financial Entrepreneur. Some of the elements are as under

 Training on NISM Series VA Mutual Fund Distributor

 Asset allocation, Investment Strategies for wealth Creation, Financial Planning, client
acquisition and servicing, etc
 Training on Fintso Platform for client management
 Projects and group discussion

Students will be allowed to attend the internship only after completing one month training and
passing the NISM exam.

Successful Completion includes –

 Clearing of NISM VA Exam

 Obtaining AMFI Registration Number (ARN)
 Submission of Business Plan and starting the business as an IFPP

Students will be required to pay upfront Rs.2680 towards the NISM exam fees and a token amount
towards training, for which the breakup is as under:

NISM Exam Fees for MFD - Rs.1500

Token amount for Training – Rs.1000 + 18% GST

Please note that the above amount of Rs.2500 ( excluding GST) will be refunded to the students
post successful completion of internship.
